Embarrassing post here I know. Experiencing delayed ejaculation or none at all with sertraline. Anyone else had this issue? Does it resolve itself? What can I do...
Yes this is quite common it seems. Guys who suffer from premature ejaculation are sometimes prescribed sertraline. There is a study that shows it can, on average, double the amount of time it normally takes you to ejaculate. As you increase the dose, this can increase the length of time.
How long have you been on Sertaline? What dosage? Are your erections and libido ok?
For me personally I had erectile dysfunction due to anxiety and depression before going on Sertraline and that has improved slightly since I started about 1 month ago. Definitely takes me a little longer to ejactulate if I've recently taken my tablet though.
If you normally have sex in the evening, try and take your sertraline very early in morning or after you have sex at night (eg when the medication is at it's lowest). I've read that this side effect can pass also.

Erections, libido normal. Just so delayed that sometimes it just stops becoming enjoyable and is just sore.
Im on 100mg and have been for 2 weeks now. Was on 50 for 2 before that.
Im really hoping it does pass. It’s ironically a side effect that can make you feel depressed...
