Been on sertraline since Feb I'm now on 150mg and 40mg propanol had a brill few weeks but yesterday and today my anxiety has come back
I'm dreading xmas and the cold months ahead and when Feb comes around as that's when this started, anyone else been on this long then felt there anxiety coming bk?
I suppose if you are waiting for anxiety to come back, you might trigger it coming back. Worrying about anxiety is an anxiety driver in itself.
I know what you mean though, it's like one lapse suddenly triggers overthinking and assuming the worst. If you feel good today, enjoy it and try not to worry about tomorrow or next month etc
I was on it for 4 years on 50 mg and felt okay. I tried to wean off in feb this year but after a month i had such terrible withdrawal symptoms that the doc put me back on it again.
