Hi All, I have been on 50mg Sertraline for 18 months and recently had my dosage upped to 100mg due to bad anxiety. Since then, I have had terrible night sweats where I wake up with my clothing and sheets soaked, and also all day I have clammy hands and feet. Has anyone else experienced this with a dosage change? I don’t remember getting this when I first started the drug on 50mg!

Totally get you on that, scrambles your brain constantly worrying doesnt it
i was on Sert 50mg for 12 weeks, now 75mg for 12 weeks, and notice the ‘night sweats’ are more of an issue on the higher dose. i hope they subside, but am not sure they will after all this time

I have been taking 100mg sertraline for a year now, and if anything the sweatyness is getting worse. it affects how i dress, affects my sleep as i wake up drenched, so much so that im going to stop taking it.
I cant wear jumpers, coats or anything with sleeves. i live in t.shirts and take a cardigan when out. I am fed up with people asking me if i am warm enough, dont i need a coat etc??
