I have been on 50mg of sertraline since august and i am still getting dizzy spells quite often. Is this normal as im worrying so much?

its ok to feel lightheaded dizzy & a little detached for a while, i started on 25mg, half a tablet to slowly get them in my system
I think it’s just an on going side effect of this drug as I have the same and been on it over year now
