Hi, I have been taking 50mg of sertraline for 10 days, i have upped th dose today to 75mg, I am not seeing a great difference as yet, can anybody in a similar position who as had any positive stories, and how long did did it for sertraline to work, and what dose did it take to do so.

sertarline needs 4 to 6 weeks to get into your system for sertarline to work x
Where you told to increase the dose of this medication by your GP ?
The reason I ask is you have been on this drug for ten days. You will need to allow four or five weeks before you notice some meaningful benefit of this medication.
This medication is well tried and is one of the most scripted medications in the UK
