Sertraline maybe I need to increase?

Hi,

I've been on sertraline for seven weeks. I'm currently

On 100mg. Yesterday and today I had some anxiety

And felt physical symptoms. Do I need to increase? Or should I give it more time?

I'm working full time and anxiety stops me doing my

job.

You should give it some time i feel. 100mg is quite a reasonable dose. Try it for some more time. In the meantime try to divert your attention to something more pleasant. I say the Lords Prayer in such situations and it helps me.

Please consult your doctor.

You probably shouldn't change dose without a doctor's consult.

But, if you do increase, please do it slowly.

I went from 100 mg to 200 mg in my own; now, I wish I had consulted my doctor first.
