I was on sertraline for 3 months and could not continue due to side effects such as heart palpitations, shortness of breath and such kind of sensations. Lowered the dose to 25 mg and last weekend switched to escilatopram 10 mg. No anxiety or such kind of mood problems during that switch but heart and breath issues not solved Just curious when they all be gone and feel better? Anyone faced it before?
Hi scarlet im on sertraline and still getting symptoms that you had im on 150 mgs wot dosages was you on before switched meds
Was on 50 but cudnt cope wth it
son lowered to 25 and one week later made the switch.
Scarlet you was on low dose of sertraline is medication your on now helped with anxiety
Yes it worked for anxiety but could not cope with side effects so had to switch
Scarlet wot side affects did you have
Hear palpitations, choking, shortness of breath
Oh ok havent had them side affects only my anxiety worse when up my dose which doctor has just upped to 150 mg
