Hi I was on sertraline for almost 2 yrs started at 25mg then 50mg and 75mg maybe a month ago I decided to ask my doctor if I can slowly taper off. So it’s been maybe a month off of sertraline and within maybe 2 or 3 weeks I felt the withdrawal symptoms like bad moods, feel irritated,brain Zapps. I wanted to know how long does this feeling last?

Sorry to hear you’re having a hard time. Did you slowly reduce the medication? How long did you take coming off?
Yes my doctor made me taper off in 4 weeks but didn’t feel the full effects of withdrawal till maybe the 2 or third week
