hi, so for 3 months i have suffered with dizziness and falling sensation inside my head and whole body, i have had my heart checked,bloods done,ears checked and also an MRI which all them tests are normal! so the doctor said 3 days ago to tamper down off fluoxetine 40mg to 20mg and start sertraline 50mg i am scared these tablets with interact with eachother and cause something bad to happen to me, i have taken sertraline before and i was so happy on it the only reason i came off it is because i had sleep problems so they gave me mirtazpine i am on day 3 now of 20mg fluoxetine and 50mg sertraline, did anyone get symptoms? for tampering? i didnt get side effects from sertraline before thank you for reading

I have been prescribed with Sertraline now 100mg per day and have to say the only side effect I have noticed is dehydration where I now sweat very easily which can be embarrassing. Other than that, nothing - which unfortunately includes my daily battle with tension headaches - hardly does anything.
I experience similar to yourself, Head pressure / Brain fog / dizziness and a swimming like sensation in the head - like yourself have had all tests including MRI and nothing !
I don’t know how it is for you, but I tend to experience these issues whilst at work (where it is worse - I am in an office environment) or around stressful environments - such as social situations. My head literally feels like soup after a bad day, and slowly eases as I become happier / more relaxed.
ive just started fluoxetine, did it help your anxiety at all?
