All throughout Sunday night and Monday severe pain, threw up twice on Monday. It is now Wednesday night I have eaten one bit of plain toast since and that is all. I still am feeling nauseas and the pain is not as bad but is just there..should I go back to the doctor? Could it just be a stomach bug?

I wouldnt wait too long, same thing happened to me.. but mine was a lot longer.. finally brought myself to ER because I was really sick. I was nauseous, I could t eat and I lost a lot of weight. Finally went to hospital and I had gastritis. So i realized gastritis can last up twith 6 weeks.. but you definitely need meds to pull through it.
