So every month without fail, during my menstrual cycle, I get this serve stomach pain that starts in the centre of my stomach and then travels throughout the whole stomach and to my Pelvic. I know exactly when the ordeal is going to happen. The pain awakens me at night and i can't even get up. it gradually gets worse as the hours go by. The pain can last for up to 3 days and I lose my appetite completely, I cant walk, or get up, even the slighest movement will cause so much pain to my stomach, I get diarrhea and even the slighest touch to my stomach hurts. it get so bad to the point that I purposely burn my stomach with a hot water bottle so I don't feel any pain.
On 2 occasions, Ive been admitted to A&E and all of the tests came out to be normal. All the doctors were confused with what was going on as everything was clear, but i was in so much pain. On the second occasian, they were going to operate because they thought it was appendicitis, however the pain wasnt just on the right side, it was throughout the whole stomach and mainily in the centre and on my pelvic. Does anyone know what this is, Please help.
