Hi all i have been getting really worried and obsesed that i have a blood clot in my artery i have been getting lower forearm pains and cramps in my left arm went hospital my resting blood pressure was 100 im currently slim and aged 19 i vape and used to smoke the vape has no nicotine please guys do you think im due to have a heart attack i also have a iron defincency too.
Iron deficiency can cause cramps I think. And paranoia about having a heart attack can cause a bit of anxiety which gives you symptoms. Get an EKG to help ease your mind.
