Severe anxiety

hi everyone. in having severe anxiety at the moment. and i feel really hot. and feel like throwing up. also having diareah. im very nervous. tips to stop feeling so nauseous

A cold compress under your chin always helps me when nauseous. Also lying on the bathroom floor always cools me down when feeling sick. Try a peppermint to settle the stomach. This will pass and know your not going to feel this way forever. Only temporary.

Magrubber is right, the anxiety will pass. I know how scary anxiety can be, especially when it is first thing in the morning. The sense of dread is awful, I wake up each day with a pounding heart and a churning, painful stomach.

I push myself up, and take my propranolol as soon as I get up. I also love coming to this forum to check my messages and notifications, as it gives me something to do and I am comfortable with the community here.

Just breathe deeply and slowly, practice mindfulness. Make sure you are focused on your senses and let your mind flow. I know how hard it can be though, but you are so powerful and you are strong. I also slip up with my anxiety, and it is normal to have days where we just wake up on the wrong side of the bed. Just make sure you try not to think too much about your tasks and overanalyse your thought processes, as we cannot predict what is going to happen.

Try and take deep breathing exercises, and write down your thoughts, even if it makes no sense written down, it does help. You are really strong!
