I know I'm irritating. But does anyone get headaches every morning they wake up? They usually subside after I get up for a minute.i have bad insomnia & kyphosis so that might be why. I also sleep with a stocking cap/scarf on my head & i sleep on my stomach because i don't want sleep paralysis.
Yes I get these all the time I’m convinced I have something majorly wrong with me and worry’s me so much! How long do yours usually last for?
A couple minutes then goes away lol. There like migranes. I asked my brother because he's in medical school &he just said it was the way I was sleeping but im not sleeping in a n abnormal way. They hurt so bad lol
I have the same feeling mine don’t go away for a while tho which makes me worried but have been doctors and optitions and everything seems to be fine so not sure what is the cause
if youve been to the doctor about it & they said it's nothing then your fine lol. dont worry too much about it & trust what the doctors say. They go to school for so many years for a reason
I also tend to get headaches every once in a while after waking up, most of the time it's the way I rest my head or if I lay on a more solid surface (like the back area of my bedframe). Just some things I know when i get those kinds of headaches. Also thanks for the help on my thread
