Hi all I had my gallbladder removed 16days ago via keyhole surgery. Prior to removal I had very bad nausea and vomiting with the pain being mild enough. I thought once I had the surgery that would be fixed but the past 3 days I’ve had very bad nausea again and vomited a lot of orange bile yesterday morning. Has anyone experienced vomiting and nausea AFTER having their gallbladder removed? I can barely lift my head from he pillow and I have an almost 2yr old to take care of. Just feeling so depressed like this will never stop. Please help 
Oh my, you poor thing. I am three weeks post OP, did not have nausea until this morning. It was mild, however, and I went back to sleep and it seemed a little better when I woke. I don’t have an appetite today. Some nausea may be normal but it doesn’t sound normal to me that you are vomiting and feeling so ill you can’t lift your head from the pillow. I think you should definitely see your doc ASAP. I hope you are ok.
I’m in the same boat!! Had my surgery 1 week and 4 days ago… all was okay at first, digestion wise (besides major bloating) right after surgery.. was feeling relieved that I wasn’t one of the ones that would have problems… and then boom - exactly one week after surgery all hell broke loose and I’ve been in absolute agony the past 4 days… extreme nausea every morning into the afternoon, where it will eventually fade in the evening so I can feel somewhat normal…I dread going to bed, knowing what I’ll be waking up to… I can’t eat, no appetite and keep having the floating, frothy nasty undigested poo and diarrhea. I’m not eating any fat, so I don’t understand.. I can choke down a banana, some gluten free cheerios and maybe steamed veggies and rice… makes me sick just thinking about having to try to eat.. I’m barely eating anything.. still having diarrhea with or without eating… I don’t know how I’ll survive this.. I have a 12 and 6 year old and it takes everything I have to make it to 5pm when my husband gets home. 
I wish I had never gotten the surgery… I have never felt this sick (and I’ve been unwell, with issue after issues my whole life). The only really bad symptom before surgery was a few attacks, but I’d seriously take those over this. Otherwise, I was doing okay and felt okay and wish I could go back!!
Not normal. Please see your doctor as it may be a stone in the common bile duct. So sorry you are suffering.
