Having been researching own ways to improve my CFS, i kept coming across this product called SYMPROVE, lots of IBS sufferers swear by it, read amazon UK reviews. Symprove is also in the process of being approved for prescription in the UK which i think is phenomenal. Although the company say this will take some time. So all IBS sufferers look into Symprove. Currently they are doing this 12 week challenge, you buy 2 months and get 3rd month FREE. I don't have any specific IBS myself but improving my bowel help could surely help increase my energy levels.
hi hun due to my condition i often suffer with ibs and when i get bad back pain i often find a heat pad works my daughter brought meone made of sofcord like material filled with dried sented herbs and that you stick in mircowave and warmit up and last a good hour and u buy them for about £10 pounds now and it really helps with pain and you can use again and again hope this helps hun all the best

Thank you cherI450, Will try.
Definatly try the heat pack idea. Sometimes its cheaper to get a hot water bottle or microwavable beanbag rather than continuously buying heatpads but its whether you need them all day or just when your at home really. If the pain is constant however, maybe just getting your kidneys checked out by a doctor might not be such a bad idea. Can maybe consider posture too, if you slouch when you eat or even a lot throughout the day it can cause muscle tension, especially in people already prone to ibs symptoms. Additionally if it is ibs related/bloating, sometimes a short walk after a meal or even just before can help relieve some of the pain. Hope this helps.
I totally agree with what you said James
