anyone on here suffer with this and have found treatment to actually resolve it or treatment which enables them to live a normal life? my PMDD symptoms only started AFTER i was given antidepressants for sleep issues, SSRIS seem to have brought it on so dont think these will help as i was put on three, sertraline being the original cause (im now 7 weeks off them and have had a breakdown this week after being fine for 2 months but also had no periods during this time either) what can i do im close to the edge, especially seeing as i didnt suffer with it prior, ive had 10 months of pure hell ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
