18yo. About once a month after hard exercise I get a very painful oncoming in my tummy. It is relieved by eating. Any ideas?
You may have twisted muscles in your stomach after exercising. Try gentler exercise or stop your exercise regime to see if this pain goes away. Do you have the pain when you are not exercising? I think getting stomach pain relief after eating, may be a digestive problem. There could be two seperate things going on. I would see your doctor to find out if these things are related since they occur once a month.
Hi, yes and no lol. I have a friend whos had this for years and its been put down to his body demanding carbs?? Its only after heavy work outs or long runs etc, eg when his body starts to crave carbs. Well that's what the hospital consultant told him years ago. After 2 mins of eating hes fine. He now (well did its long time ago) use to eat a few items during exercise, apple worked as did snicker bars. Good luck.
