Severe vomiting and nausea for over a year

27 year old female 5 foot only 80 lbs, I have lost 45 lbs in the past year. Beginning of the year I had severe cramping pains in stomach along with nausea and vomiting. I have been to several doctors and GI specialist who have completed an upper endoscopy, ultrasounds and just about all types of imaging including a Hida scan which found that my gall bladder was bad. I had surgery to remove the gall bladder in May 2020, it got rid of the cramping pains I was having and I was able to actually eat for about a week and put 7 lbs on. Shortly after that the nausea and vomiting continued and I continued to lose weight again. I have seen E.N.T due to being diagnosed with meniere's disease so they were checking to see if that could be the cause of the nausea and vomiting, so they prescribed me beta histamines to treat that. I am also currently working with a neurologist on the issues because they believe I may be having seizure like activity/migraines which they think could also be the cause. I am on several medications including medical marijuana that tone the nausea and vomiting down a little bit but I still am consistently getting sick daily, I have no appetite and can barely hold anything down. Any insight would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

have you had stool testing done?

no i haven’t had form of stool testing, only did t sting the doctor wanted to do, is that something I should be asking about?

i would! parasite check. also have they considered a cat scan of your brain? did the endoscopy reveal anything?

oh and is it possible the marijuana could be causing it?
