speaking as someone who was on antidepressants for 9 years (im also 21) i found id feel the same with my partner and it took a few weeks if not a couple of months to feel anything from sex for me personally.
consult your doctor if its a side effect that causes you any upset/distress etc. potentially just changing tablets will help or continuing to stay off medication
