Committed relationship with a single, monogamous partner who has had a full panel STD screening done. Goes without saying you should be doing the same.
Make sure the person who have sex with you are clear as well, then you will avoid the risk of getting STDs
I am not sure if you should do it without protection specially with someone you doesn’t know. If you really want to do that, first take the person and get them checked for any such disease and than make it out.
