Been awhile since I've been on here hope everyone is doing well!!!
My anxiety has been pretty good recently, heck of a lot better then last year!!!! Over the past week or so I've noticed a bit of shakiness, when I say shakiness I don't mean like shaking like a leaf but just a bit on edge kinda... When I eat or after I eat it's still there so it's not a low blood sugar thing. No other symptoms come along with it. I don't have dizzyness headaches or anything like that anymore really so that's good.
Maybe I just have 2 ignore it and not focus on it!!??
I'm not overly concerned but when new things come up I like 2 post on here and see what others have 2 say or maybe experienced in the past...
