Shaking and pulsing

since I'm new to anxiety I'm not really aware of the weird symptoms. What I've been feeling lately is when if lay down and just calm myself or focused on my phone or reading something I find that my body on the Inside feels like there's a lot of pulsing and motion going on and in.my head and sometimes I'd actually feel myself moving or even the bed shaking a bit. Does this happen to anyone else? I feel like it's just another anxiety symptom. I try my best to stay calm but I can't help but to think it might be something Serious.

That used to happen to me, I used to be very aware of my body's muscles, movements, and heartbeat. It would keep me up at nights.

This also used to happen to me but I find it easily managed by drinking water to take my mind of it. I'm also new to anxiety but with the help of friends an meditation I'm getting along find. You should try meditation and soothing music

Are you seeking counseling?  I highly recoomend you talk to someone about your feelings, so someone can give you the tools on how to deal with your feelings and thoughts.
