Shaking inside

I don’t know how to explain this, but I’ve been experiencing internal shaking lately. It’s not visible outside, but I always feel it. When I move or do something, those tremors are not strong, but then I try relax or I am about to go sleep, they became quite severe. It fells inside like a clock mechanism, always tingling on the beat. It’s very strange and not nice feeling and I am really worried. Maybe some of you also have been through this and know why I feel those inside tremors?

Is it like a buzzing from a mobile phone?
Where in your body are you feeling it?
Also, are you on any medication, if so which ones?

I often get buzzing in my feet and ankles. I take amitriptyline, an antidepressant. Antidepressants and anti psychotics can carry similar side effects.

I feel like my body moving inside and the buzzing sound all over my body . I’ve got Anxiety and stress wants building up in my body . They told me I’ve got SOMATIZATION DISORDER

It’s more like constant vibration, like a watch and most frequently I feel it in upper body, especially in neck, arms, somewhere around upper or lower back. I don’t take any medications. I think I might have an anxiety disorder, lately I’ve been experiencing mild panics attacks and my sleep is very poor, a lot of disturbances, so you think anxiety or stress would be the cause of these internal vibrations?

It could be anxiety. Anxiety can cause all sorts of neurological symptoms.

How is your diet? Magnesium, B vitamins and vitamin D are essentials for your central nervous system.

If it weren’t for covid, I’d say a full blood count and nutrition test would be a good place to start.

Magnesium is good for sleep too.

Good luck :+1:
