Shaking

I went for a haircut two weeks ago. I had coffee which I normally do not drink. The salon is usually my happy place. My leg began shaking and the stylist asked if. I was ok. I thought it was the coffee. The following visit it happened again. I do have anxiety and take Klonopin , but this experience is new and causing more anxiety. A few years ago I showed my internist how my leg would shake and he said it was anxiety. Does this seem serious?

Doesn't sound serious .if you have anxiety it could pop up at anytime , even if your feeling relatielyvok. Other day my hands started shaking which they do when I'm anxious but it was in front of people in a shop( can be embarrassing) cos you were insane place when it happened your anxiety probably said ( this happened here last time so it happened again) even though your rational brain wouldn't have expected it. ( anxiety ) so frustrating , I've suffered for years , can manage it better now and live with it with help but will never understand how it can make us feel like this. My head racing and heart racing and constant worrying are the worst. Good to post on here, always reasured when worried. Lots of fellow sufferers❤️

Meant to say , if you were in same place( getting haircut)❤️

Nope! Sometimes I can't hardly feel my legs! My first panic attack I was freakin out!!!!!! I was in the ER my legs were shaking uncontrollably, my hands were sweaty and tingly, I couldn't even hold something! And I was rocking back and forth! When I'm having really high anxiety. Even if it's not a full blown attack. My legs always get either tingly and week or shaky! Totally normal!
