Hi it seems like my heart races and I start shaking I think those heart palps to me makes you shaky inside, like it set off your nerves everyday I wake and see if the light at the end of tunnel is there, then I thin another crap day again, post suppose to be better then peri meno.
I get them too plus a whole lot of other symptoms. The shaking, heart palps and reflux are driving me crazy.
hi Maria i am 10 years post I don't get these all the time now but at least a few times a year I will get the internal shaking that lasts for a short time Along with racing heart or skipping heart beats the intensity of them and frequency of them gets less but its still uncomfortable when it happens ...chin up though there is definately light at the end of this dark meno tunnel 🔦🌞
Hi paisleygirl, thank you for your support..I guess you are better and more yourself that's nice to hear 10 years away from the menopause is a long time you must be proud you got through it,..makes me feel a whole lot better.
