yes it is ..... but in time that will all pass
I quit for 3 months and it slowly crept back in now to do it over again .... but I know I can do it and so can you
Good luck, Michael. You seem very positive with all the steps you have taken. Please keep in touch and let us know how it goes. AA sounds to be a bit like Marmite....you either love it or hate it, so I will be interested to see how it is for you.

AA got me sober. Nothing else did. I had to wprk The Steps or....
give it a try!! I never went and stopped on my own since I had too much to loose...you have to hit rock bottom first..but how low is that? U r on the right rack and best of luck
