Hi Bee, Happy Birthday. I'm going to pick up my lovely mum to come and stay for Easter. She is nearly 89, and said she would bring her gardening clothes and tools to help me do my garden! Bless! Have a lovely day Bee. xx
Have a good one Bee. I bought myself a juicer as I'm told its v good for FM sufferers to have lots of raw veg / fruit etc. My good deed for the day:-) xx
Happy birthday Bee my spiralizer arrived from Amazon together with a recipe book called Superfoods and seeds for sprouting. I have made spaghetti pears and spiral pears and plan to add fun to my salads. I also called in to my daughter's, fed and changed her baby who is 3 weeks old now. We then went for a walk as the weather is lovely here in Cornwall. Back home now after walking dogs and now cooking dinner. Well theoretically! Have a lovely evening.
Hi Bee, from across the seas...happy birthday, hope you have a very happy birthday..and that you get spoilt rotten, you deserve it...the fun thing I done yesterday arvo was name a yummy dessert in a round glass...first I whipped some pure cream with cacao in it...cleaned, hulled and marinated strawberries.with coconut nectar-(sweet) put some organic yoghurt In the bottom , then strawberries on top, the whipped cocoa cream. repeat layers until you finish with strawberries on top..then drizzle left over sweet juices....yum...just yummy..and fun...and believe it or not it's healthy..(impossibke for eating fat to make you fat too..so no weight gain) .a great Paleo dessert...be blessed..it's 8.45 am Good Friday...and were off to church then a friends for lunch..and no chocolate eggs for us...not Paleo, too much sugar in them..could make my own...bit over it..rather make desserts...have a great day Bee, happy Easter.....:-) xxxx
Happy birthday to you, hope it has been wonderful for you! Enjoyed reading your posts and the replies to this. I am constantly amused by my 22month old grandaughters antics (incidentally we call her Bee, her name is Beatrix).
Happy Birthday 🎂 Bee x. I sat with my 14yr old daughter today, her with a glass of milk and me with a cup of tea and we shared a pack of cookies whilst she talked non stop about her teenage life, loves and pals. Oh to be 14 again - I'd definitely push every boundary if I had my time again! Bee what would your birthday wish be for if it was definitely going to come true?
Hi Caroline, is your spiraller a vegitta or the older round one.? anyway whichever they are excellent..aren't they.....just love my zukkhini pasta...and carrot and beetroot for salad also the spiralled potato is just fun..instead of making ordinary fries...had a old round one for years then I bought the newer ergonomic one..don't know what I ever done without them...have a great Eastertime..be blessed..:-) xx.
I not long ago bought a Magic Bullet..love juicing..started changing a meal for a juice each day..then 2 a day...never feel hungry..but not everyday ,...but you're dead right, if you juice the right things it's soooo good for Fibro sufferers..had to get rid of my big juicer it was too big...too much to handle for me..but the bulletin is small and sooo easy to use.hapoy juicing...have a lovely Eastertime..:-) xx
