Hi. I am age 20, male and believe I am in good health. However for the last month or so, straight after ejaculation I have been getting sharp pain in the upper right area of my chest above the breast. It lasts about a minute (until I have relaxed again) and is always in the same specific place and is throbbing sharp pain, as if a knife is piercing one spot. It is making me refrain from sex as worried about heart problems. Any ideas as to what this could this be and should I see my GP? Thank you.
