Randomly I get these sharp pains in my chest. When I breathe in its hard as it starts to hyrt extra bad, only stays for a minute or so usually then pops and goes away. Sometimes theres just a random discomfort in my chest too but not as bad. Wondering if it could be muscle related.Any ideas?
