Mid level right side abdominal pain.. hurts when I bend, one spot is sore to touch. nausea, fatigue, and lightheaded. Temperature only slightly higher than normal.
For me gas pain is usually in the front.
And i've had kidney stones but that pain is much lower.

not really abdominal...more in the back side
Have yunseen a doctor about this? I would consult a dr asap in case youhave appendicitis.
Maybe gall bladder although it's a little too high from what you are describing. Could also be constipation (impacted colon) or pulled a muscle and you've got some radiating pain.
