Hi all I’m 30 and a long time Anxiety sufferer I was doing well so got off my Zoloft in February. On May 10 I came down with shingles and I’m pretty much recovered I think except I’m left with two scars on my face. My anxiety is terrible bc people say oh you are so young to have shingles and I’m worried like will it cause a stroke bc it has to do with nerves and I had it on my face. Any one else had a similar experience with a positive outcome?
