Hi girls, anybody feel shivery more now in peri menopause..I feel extra cold although I have layers on in the winter..not anemic every thing is fine.

Hi Maria, I get shivery, flu-like feelings a lot, and cold hands and feet. Sometimes I also feel as if my muscles in my arms are cold too...if that makes sense? This is all when I'm not having the odd hot flush or night sweat - though these have been mild so far. Fun, isn't It? Like playing roulette as to which symptom will read its head next! Take care. Yep.
I get cold flashes. I get goose bumps and shiver & shake with cold. Sometimes I get a hot flash, followed immediately by a cold flash then a hot flash.

Me too, Struggling50! Cold/hot/cold....it is worse at night somehow.
