I was just laying down watching tv & all of a sudden I get this shocking feeling in my left breast/ heart area & then it made my left arm tingly, then i freaked out bc I'm scared ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ some one help..
If it keeps up or/and you get other symptoms such as,sweating,nausea,jaw pain,more pain in the arm,go in and get checked. Best to be safe. Hopefully it will stop. Xx keep us posted.

That happens to me! Anxiety will scare you because you automatically think the worst. I have learned that pains come and go. If you keep having this pain then I can see a reason to see a doctor. However, most of the time it's anxiety and fear when you feel a pain. It's hard to say give it time but nine times out of ten I go to the doctor and I am fine.
