I'm 29 years old and I've always had a short frenulum. I never feel pain during sex though, but I'm unable to pull my foreskin. Is surgery necessary even if I'm not feeling pain? Also, are there any stretching exercises that I might try to do? I've started to pull my foreskin a little bit more a few times per day, and see if I can I actually stretch it over time. But I'm always scared to push it too much (even when I'm not feeling pain). The strange thing is that even the urologist didn't say anything about this years ago. I went to an urologist when I was like 16, even though I don't remember why I went. But what I do remember is that he pulled my foreskin all at once until the glans was visible. I felt pain at that time and he was not gracious at all in pulling it. I'm really surprised he didn't tear the frenulum by doing that. But I also wonder why he didn't say anything about going for surgery or anything like that. Any advice? Thank you so much!
