Shortest Time Duration for HPV to turn cancer

I had sex for the first time September 6, 2017 though the exposure was brief but it will still be categorized as sex.
It was a 1-3 seconds sex with only one thrust.

Fast forward to January I developed a lump on my shaft which isn’t noticeable except when erect and disappears when flaccid
when the pens is squeezed or rough handled it shows when flaccid and it is soft.

I discovered a two tiny single pimple like bump on the shaft and also underneath the shaft their are some in clusters but doesn’t look like the wart I see online. I’ve gone to 2 different sti clinics but the doc said it isn’t wart and I’ve done full std test based on the exposure and it all came back negative.

Is it possible for HPV to develop and turns to cancer in less than 2 years of sex, appearance of symptoms

I’m a 23 year old guy who never smokes nor drink neither with any problem with my immune system

Please kindly help me out on this I’ve being really depressed lately because of this

The lump is most likely a penile cyst. Penile cancer is relatively rare and the STI clinics should be alert to inform anyone of potential symptoms for cancer.
Do you have health cover and can you access a Urologist or a Dermatologist that specialises in Genital Skin Disorders?
If you live elsewhere such as the UK go to a GUM Clinic at a Large General Hospital in your Region where you live, or go to one of the larger Sexual Health Services in your area and you may be able to directly access these specialists.
