i had a laparoscopy surgery 8 days ago but still have shortness of breath! has anyone else had this issue? My doctor wanted me to go in and get tested for a blood clot in my lung so i did last night and it came back clear. The shortness of breath is so uncomfortable but not painful. I am just hoping someone might have some insight or experience with this.

yes they found endo on my uterus and also took out 2 large endometrial cysts that on my ovaries.
i just did mine last week but no such symptom. more on feelin like there’s some trapped gas in the 1st few days. u need to get it check
As Angie points out, that gas that they pumped into you (to help separate organs & make it easier to see & work on the inside) should be gone by now. Whoever did the lap needs to be chasing this down. I’ve had 5 abdominal surgeries (not all endo related) and have never had this problem – and i’ve got bad lungs.
