Sorry for late reply. I’ve bene feeling flushes of heat radiating thorughout my body, but not as severe as flashes that have been described here. Maybe the early stages. It happens mostly as soon as I get up in the morning, then it dissipates. Or it might jsut catch me off guard at any time, but it’s not bothersome so much. Though I feel it is the start of a worsening hot flushes. 
Wow, I so relate to everything you’ve said here. Sorry very late reply, and still going through it. Just recently got back from holiday and my partners father was driving over speed bumps and I felt I was going to die, the chest tightness and breathing suddenly spiked everytime. Was scary. xxx
