so for the past few nights I have trouble falling asleep. It is hard to explain but basically when its time to sleep, i lie down and i feel like i can breathe well. I feel like I have shortness of breath , breaths feel shallow, and I feel as though I am breathing a bit fast or not enough and that happens for like about an hour and then I somehow fall asleep. It is so scary and I start overthinking and it only get worse. IDK what is causing this night anxiety but now im always scared when its time to sleep..... anyone else????
yes, i have had that many times. its very important to get your breathing under control because it helps reduce anxiety and its symptoms. here is how i manage it:

One is called MINDFULNESS Breathing GUIDED Meditation 10 minutes.
If you feelpanicky, listen to “Stop panic attacks now. "
There are many others for anxiety, breathing, etc.
ONE For overthinking is called” Detachment from Overthinking"
THE KEY is all in the breath!
I use earbuds, lay down or sit up, and listen
