Buspar going on 30 days( twice a day )

Propranolol 20mg (once a day)

Inhaler albeturol (2 puffs a day)

Anxiety can absolutely cause shortness of breath!

It's one of the more common symptoms.   I have had it many many times.

Looks like your heart is ok, so now time to work on the anxiety.

There is something called Mindfulness that teaches you how to manage your anxiety, proper breathing technique, and regain your peace of mind. , much more.

Its a book, but you can also listen to audio meditations on you tube for anxiety, breathing, etc.  they really calm me down mentally and physically!  My breathing is relaxed.  I listen a couple times a day with earbuds.

Just search for Guided Meditations for Anxiety. Many to choose from.

Are you breathing correctly?  When feeling short of breath........

Take a long slow deep breath in through the nose, make sure your belly rises.

Blow out slowly through the mouth like blowing out a candle.

Do several times.

Many audios discuss this also.

Feel better! ❤️

Im 24 female suffering from GAD too. I suffer from shortness of breath too.

➡Breathing difficulty may involve:

•Difficult breathing

•Uncomfortable breathing

•Feeling like you are not getting enough air

➡Causes

Shortness of breath has many different causes. For example, heart disease can cause breathlessness if your heart is unable to pump enough blood to supply oxygen to your body. If your brain, muscles, or other body organs do not get enough oxygen, a sense of breathlessness may occur.

Breathing difficulty may also be due to problems with the lungs, airways, or other health problems.

➡Problems with the lungs:

•Blood clot in the arteries of the lungs (pulmonary embolism)

•Bronchiolitis

•Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), such as chronic bronchitis or emphysema

➡Other lung disease

•Pneumonia

•Pulmonary hypertension

•Emphysema

➡Problems with the airways leading to the lungs:

•Blockage of the air passages in your nose, mouth, or throat

•Choking on something stuck in the airways

•Croup

•Epiglottitis

➡Problems with the heart:

•Angina

•Heart attack

•Heart defects from birth (congenital heart disease)

•Heart failure

•Heart rhythm disturbances (arrhythmias)

➡Other causes:

•Allergies (such as to mold, dander, or pollen)

•High altitudes where there is less oxygen in the air

•Compression of the chest wall

•Dust in the environment

•Emotional distress, such as anxiety

•Hiatal hernia

•Obesity

•Panic attacks

My bad LOL😂 It looks like an essay I didn't do it. It came out like that separated and big. Haha🙄😑
