Shortness of breath

Hi. Does anyone get shortness of breath with heart palpitations sometimes during perimenopaus

Yes! I believe it from the anxiety that the palpatations cause!! I have also had it without the palps and its like it comes on when i start worrying about something, which is pretty much always but i dont always have the SOB

No, I haven’t. You should go to the DR. and get checked.

Yes unfortunately these are symptoms and you might find your over them but they can return

Yes Simone, I had shortness of breath(also heavy periods)and blood tests showed I was very low in iron. The Dr prescribed a course of iron tablets, I have been taking them a few weeks and notice a difference. Worth getting checked out anyway x
