Shortness of breathe

Sometimes I feel pretty hard to take long breathe. I showed to many doctors they say everything is fine.

Hi Rebu,
Interested in your post.

I had cough and a shortage of breath at time in Devon of high pollen count. Dr says this was cause. Then as it persisted Dr then said asthma and given 3 different inhalers. Then briefly pneumonia! Now low key cough.
Finally seeing a hospital specialist soon. Maybe you need the same for clarity…?!

Hi Mic,

Thanks for the response. I guess i didn’t posted my issue very well. I am 24 yr old guy. I consulted with my doc and did different test. i asked him if it’s asthma he said "No it’s not, Everything is fine " . Consulted with 3 specialist from different hospital . Three of them have 3 different answer. First doc said it’s Anxiety, Second doc said it’s bronchitis and 3rd one said everything is fine and recommended to get a cough syrup. Report say’s everything is fine but sometimes i have to put some level of energy in order to take long breathe. It’s not that serious but it worries me.

Thanks,
Rebu

Omg, even worse then.
Here is me thinking the consultant would be finally the expert I need.
Like, why am I using asthma I inhaler if not Asthma…?!

I suss both of us need answers
Cheers
Mic

Have you tried the use of a Peak Flow Meter. If you use it regularly it gives you some idea as to whether your lung capacity is fluctuating. If the reading drop below a figure, which with asthma management you can determine is normal for you, then you may well have some sort of infection. Armed with these Peak Flow readings and shown to your GP will give him a possible indication of an infection which he may decide to treat.

Hi,
I am feeling better now. I am taking anti-allergic cough syrup. I guess it’s due to dusty environment and cold. Finally a pharmacist helped me to overcome through it. Thanks for your response. Have a nice day
