warning picture of penis.
the highlighted section feels solid whenever i am erect and more like a vein when i am flaccid. as you can see however it is not a vein and at the end there is a small white coloured lump. as well as this down my shaft i have what feels like a bone which i read up on and believe it was scar tissue underneath. any help from professionals or someone who had experienced the same thing would be greatly appreciated.
First time post so hopefully all is ok i can remove picture if it is against rules.
