can anyone help me figure this out. currently i am having some irritation but there is no swelling, white discharge, or pain peeing. I am concerned it could be a STI but i have only been with my wife for the past 7 years so that would be very concerning. based on the photo can anyone help me with this?

it just looks like irritation and not any std if its not causing pain u should just leave it be to heal by itself to me it looks like some blood vessels have burst under the skin

thank you so much! i got worried when saw little bumps and the reddish irritation and got paranoid. when i researched it i started to worry but this makes me feel better. thank you.
