Hey it could be herpes or an ingrown hair. either way you should NEVER pop anything as it could spread whatever it is.
I have herpes and I found out that you can have it for years and never know. Most people don’t get outbreaks ever so they wont know. It doesn’t really look like herpes but im not sure how it presents itself on a male. i would go to ur local sexual health center where they will test it for you.
