hi, i noticed i have small clear bumps on my top pubic area. i dont have any pain, unless something rubs on it. slightly itchy . i did just shave two days ago with conditioner.
That is herpes. Have blood work done for a proper diagnosis.
hard to say from that one blurry low resolution photo but that is a textbook herpes presentation
