Should I get a Frenuloplasty?

Hello, uncircumcised 32 year old male. I saw a Urologist about 6 months ago about a tight foreskin thinking it was Phimosis. However, the urologist told me it was actually a short frenulum not phimosis. He prescribed me Clobetasol steroid cream and instructed me to do stretching exercises for 3 weeks. If this did not help things then he recommended surgery (frenuloplasty). I did the cream and stretches and it improved things dramatically. Since then I have had sex (gay) and have not had any issues but I worry that it's only a matter of time before the frenulum tears. As you can see in the pictures, the frenulum is clearly being stretched to one side as evidenced by the white part. Should i be worried or just continue as is? Should i just bite the bullet and do the surgery? thank you!

Hey Buddy

I would leave well enough alone. Use the cream when you can and do stretch it. The only way I would say to have any surgery I would just clip it from the head and that is it. That would free the skin

Don’t mess around…Ken

thank you!

the glans penis is the most sensitive in men, stop applying creams and other things on the penis because you will make the situation worse, washed with soap and water and that’s it, try the opinion of several urologists .
