I have a fair amount of freckles however I have 3 which really stand out to me as ‘different’ I have been to a doctor who just told me there’s no concern due to them been small. It’s been over a year however and im still not happy due to the change they have undergone since they first appeared. The one on my head I have no idea how long it has been there but I have definitely seen change in the other 2 in terms of colour. The one on my chest (pink blanket in photo) appeared after where i had been very badly sunburned which caused blistering.
Completely normal looking. IMO you have nothing to worry about,
