Should I judge my healthiness off my waist to height or weight?

My waist to height ratio is only 45.5% (size 31 68 in tall) but I weigh 175 pounds. For a 16 year old boy should I judge my healthiness off of my waist to height ratio which says I am healthy or off my weight which says that I am overweight? I feel like my pants size is big but I’m not sure if that’s just me overthinking it.
