Should medication be taken at the same time everyday?

Hello!

I have been diagnosed with panic disorder. I am an 18 year old female. I have been on different medications for a year. I started with Zoloft and trazodone, had horrible side effects. Then I tried lexapro and trazodone, again I had a bad reaction.

Then in August of this year, I was prescribed Buspirone .

For the past 4 months it worked wonders. Between taking busiprone and trazodone I was minimally anxious and was sleeping great.

I was at college, and taking my meds at about the same time every day and night.

Now I am home for break and have been sleeping badly and feeling very anxious constantly.

I've been going to bed super late, waking up late, then flipping it around and going to bed early.

I was wondering if this might have caused a change in my symptoms.

I recently got my busiprone dosage upped. I take 30mg per day. 100mg of trazodone.

It could be the increase in medication or the change in your physical environment. So many factors come into play with anxiety.

It is always best to take your medications at the same time of day, I take mine at 23;00hrs, half hour before bed.

Also I take a further group of Medications at about 09;00 in the morning after breakfast. The drugs I take at night are Opiates and two different types of AD drugs In the morning various other medications and Opiates for the day. I never change the times. I find this helps me sleep and prepares me for the day, I am unable to get moving until lunch time
